Algunos datos sobresalientes de las nominaciones este año:
El mexicano Rodrigo Prieto, podría levantar la estatuilla como mejor fotografía por The Irishman. En otras ediciones, los mexicanos han sobresalido de manera considerable en esta categoría.
En esta edición, marca el regreso de dos directores sumamente populares, Quentin Tarantino y Martín Scorsese. Ambos favoritos a llevarse la estatuilla.
Scarlett Johanson es nominada en dos categorías gracias a sus sobresalientes actuaciones en Jojo Rabbit y Marriage Story.
La 92ª edición de los premios Oscar se llevará a cabo en el Teatro Dolby de Los Ángeles y, al igual que el año pasado, no tendrá presentador.
